Four months since His Stimulus Bill; One hundred and twenty days past; No time to read it on Capitol Hill; It had to be voted on FAST! It would fund every shovel-ready project; It would move at the speed of light; Only nay-sayers could possibly object; Only the stubborn and none-too-bright. Obama and His Veep; Would move with all due haste;Although the cost is not cheap; Biden vows it won't be a waste. But joblessness is still going up; It's at 9.4 percent; Soon we'll be left eating ketchup; And living in a cold, dark tent.
