Please do not support S. 21 regarding the internet. Once again, fixing the infrastructure of the internet also provides a threat to freedom through shutting down the medium of communication.

It is a poor idea, with the rife potetential to "not waste a crisis" in order to restrict the exchange of ideas and information.
