I gave you a grade of F. You vote party lines rather than constitutional lines, you vote party lines rather than listen to your constituency, you vote party lines that continue to spend and spend and spend and expand Government into our personal lives. You will be voted out in 2010, as I will put every activity, recruitment and financial backing to Phillips 2010 that I can. You have ignored We the People long enough.
