I gave you a grade of B.on your opposition to cap and trade please vote against obamacare.maybe would could save millions on medicare if anyone would take a hard look at how they pay.Example my doctor submitted a bill for 75.00 medicare payed 118.74,another for 92.00

they payed 118.74 when I questioned medicare I was told we pay a fixed amount and if we overpaid we will get reimbursed at years end.How does a hospital or medical group reimburse medicare if they claim they are losing money?
