I gave you a grade of A+. I watched you on your attempt to make ear marks as open as we tax payers would want them to be.  Competitave bidding, with some exceptions, is what this country needs. I am sure there are businesses out there that would love to be able to bid on many government contracts. I understand there may well be and will be contracts that require special handeling and would not be in our best interest to have them posted for anyone to read but to just send money to one company in a bill with out any open bidding is just another way to 'pay back' special interests and a Thank You for votes.

Please, sir, continue to work for the tax payers and Oklahoma should be proud to have you represent them in Congress. Maybe with enough people like yourself and Sen. McCain, ear marks will become a thing of the past.
