Pelosi MAY use a gimmick & pass Health care--WITHOUT a vote!

 In the POTUS' weekly radio/Internet address to America, he called on Congress to have a vote on the Health Care bill. "Congress owes the American people an up-or-down vote on health insurance reform." However, the Speaker is going to bend the House Rules so that House members won't ever actually have to conduct a vote on the Senate health Care bill. That's right, they will never have the vote, but it could still be sent to the President for his signature to become law.
